525DowtownLA is a dramatic street level space combining classic elements of Los Angeles with the post-contemporary. The 19 ft high ceilings are illuminated by creative architectural lighting, and punctuated by vintage New Orleans streetlights. This setting makes for a theatrical but welcoming space for special events, parties, award shows, and location shoots. This space is part of the historic 1917 Collections Building, with visible lineage in such architectural gems as the vaulted rear arch and original crown molding. The space is approximately 3,200sq ft, with 2,600sq ft on the main floor and another 600sq ft on the mezzanine level. It features a long, African Mahogany host bar, backed by professional refrigeration and service appliances. The space is equipped with two HD projectors, a sound system, modern air conditioning, and an advanced security system with video surveillance for guest protection.
